The culinary times for your 3/4 gourmet board

For our early-morning swimmers from 7:00 a.m.
Freshly brewed organic coffee every day in the indoor pool.

Healthy breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Varied luxury buffet breakfast every day for morning gourmets. Coffee specialities, large selection of loose organic teas, jams and honeys, different yoghurts and lots of fresh fruit, juice and water bar. Our kitchen will rustle up perfect boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and fried eggs just for you.
Lots of bread rolls and breads, pastries, a range of vegetables, regional sausage and ham specialities, many savoury foods such as olives, gherkins, sun-dried tomatoes and much more. On Sundays there is also Prosecco and salmon in the buffet.

At the refreshments bar in the indoor pool and sauna area and in the garden spa from 11:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.:
Various teas, refreshing drinks, syrups to add to our forest water, healthy snacks

Afternoon snack from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.:
Choice of refreshing non-alcoholic drinks, savoury and sweet baked goods from the buffet

St. Florian 5-course gourmet menu from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.:
Everyone looks forward to our evening menu! You will be properly spoiled with 5 delicious courses. We start with a small appetiser, followed by a soup course. You can then choose from three different main courses – of which one is vegetarian. This is followed by a cheese course before the crowning glory - dessert. Guests who don’t have a sweet tooth can choose a schnapps instead of dessert.
