Gourmet St. Florian cuisine

The fresh taste of the Bavarian Forest

We handle everything given to us by nature with the greatest respect. The focus is always on regional products. In our diverse gourmet kitchen
we prefer to use what is seasonally available. Fresh, light foods from the spring garden, fruity summer treasures,
something earthy from the autumn forest and often something hearty when it’s cold outside.
We enjoy every season to the full. And you can taste it.
Our kitchen surprises with reinterpretations of classic dishes. We try out lots of new things and only serve
what tastes good to us.

Our culinary opening hours for you:
Every afternoon from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m
und and evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Regional and freshly prepared

We place a lot of value on regional, high-quality and fresh produce.

Hand-picked and poured

Always a suitable drop to drink

We’ve always had a particular passion for selected wines. “Life is too short to drink bad wine!“ We celebrate this motto here at St. Florian. That's why our wine list contains both exquisite rarities and young wines. We happily take recommendations from wine growers from small wineries who share our love of being culinary hosts.

Our wines are stored in a separate wine storage refrigerator, as the temperature gives each wine an even greater depth of flavour.

Visits to our wine growers

We know some of the wine growers on our wine list personally!
