Great taste all round

Everyone can taste our predilection for the culinary art.
Our restaurant is not only valued by hotel guests: locals often stop by for some gourmet dining with us.

The love we manage our hotel with is served on a plate at St. Florian.
At breakfast as well as for the afternoon snack, it’s tucked into the picnic basket and served in the evening menu with several courses.

Early in the morning, while the samovar hisses happily in the background, delicacies lure you to the gourmet buffet. Here the morning connoisseur is indulged with a delightful selection. All that is fresh, rich in vitamins, crispy, fine and firm, fruity and spicy. Our kitchen conjures egg variations á la minute for you. And the coffee is always attentively topped up. On Sundays we also serve our champagne breakfast with Prosecco and salmon.

Guests in the restaurant, in the beer garden or on the terrace gather in front of the hotel for something sweet, á la carte dishes or a tasty snack in the morning or in the late afternoon. You can easily treat yourself to a small slice of cake with icing on top or to savoury bites here and there.

We serve the 5-course luxury menu on a lovingly set table in our luxury pension or individual favourite dishes and sweet highlights from the dessert menu every evening with great dedication. The selected noble wines from our wine cabinet are always a great combination.
