Our St. Florian 3/4 luxury pension

The culinary schedule of our luxury pension

For our early swimmers from 7:00 a.m.
Daily freshly brewed organic coffee in the indoor pool.

Energy breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Daily varied gourmet breakfast for morning connoisseurs from the buffet. Our kitchen conjures organic coffee specialities, a wide selection of loose organic tea types, jams and honey selection, various yoghurts and a lot of fresh fruit, juice and water bar, cooked eggs, scrambled and fried eggs à la minute for you.
All kinds of bread rolls and bread types, sweet pastries, a colourful vegetable selection, regional cold cuts and ham specialities, all kinds of savoury food such as olives, pickled gherkins, dried tomatoes and much more. On Sundays we also serve Prosecco and salmon at the buffet.

At the refreshment bar in the indoor pool and sauna area from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m.:
Various teas, refreshing drinks, syrups to refine our forest water, energy snacks

Afternoon snack from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.:
Selection of alcohol-free refreshing drinks, savoury dishes and sweet pastries at the buffet

St. Florian 5-course luxury menu from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.:
Everyone looks forward to our evening menu! You are well and truly pampered with our 5 tasty courses. We start with a small starter followed by a soup course. For the main course you can choose between three different dishes - and one of them is always vegetarian. Cheese is the 4th course before the grand finale - the dessert. For those who do not have a sweet tooth, a schnapps can be chosen instead of the dessert.
